He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry James and Charleen Lawrence James. He is survived by: his wife Carla James; his sons, Cory Bush and Andrew Bush; his siblings, Ronnie James and Lynn Oswalt (Les); his nephews, Jason James (Amanda), Tim James and Daniel Oswalt (Samantha); his friend Dale Conn; and his cousin Ruth Farmer.
