He is survived by: his girlfriend Deanna Kittrell; his girlfriend's child Jayda; his children, Ethan Crumby, Jackson Crumby and Juliet Crumby; his sister Lindsey Nichole Green (Nick); and his nieces and nephews, Taylor, Brooklyn, Jasmine, Jayden, Josie, Dylan, James and David.
