She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Bilyeu and Ada Hicks Bilyeu; her children, Kenneth Hand Sr., Jeffrey Hand and Anita Davidson; and her siblings, Edward Ray, Jimmy Bilyeu, Dan Bilyeu, Bobby Bilyeu, Tom Bilyeu, Elizabeth Bilyeu Roach, Lynn Biggs and Kay Hand.
She is survived by: her husband A. C. Hand Jr.; her son Ricky Hand (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Sean Crutcher, Kenneth Hand Jr. (Shannon), Meagan Rogers (Michael), Michaela Chandler (Jordan), Laura Sabourin (Chris) and Michelle Timmons (Tim).
