Shelby Houp Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2023, at the age of 87, Shelby Houp of Springfield, Tennessee, born in Wilmore, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lee and Addie B. Estes Anderson; her husband William Henry Houp; her son William Wayne Houp; and her sisters, Hazel, Donnie and Dorothy.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Lynn Duncan of Springfield, TN, Louise Houp of Springfield, TN, Della Ann Weeks of Naples, FL and Gary Houp (Angie); and her brother Pete Anderson of Naples, FL. She is also survived by nephew that she thought of as a son, Ronald Estes, Naples, FL; 7 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren. a host of nieces and nephews.
