With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell Couts of Springfield, Tennessee, who passed away on September 1, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Moses Harper and Emma Irene Halliburton Couts; his brother Douglas Anthony Couts; and his grandparents, Walter William, Mattie Lee Harper Couts, Luther Webb and Ethel Maebell Shyer Halliburton.
He is survived by: his daughter April Couts Maxwell (Scott); his grandsons, Joseph Cleveland and Kadon McGehee; his great grandchildren, Robert and William Cleveland; his siblings, Douglas Lee Couts (Freida), Kitty Couts Hale (Charles) and Robin Couts Tate (Ronald); and also Cecil Reaves. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and numerous cousins.
