With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rodney Lee Fickett of Springfield, Tennessee, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on December 30, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Fickett and Judith Fickett (Brock); his siblings, Bill Fickett and Charlene Logan; and his stepchildren, Jeff Long and Katrina Lucie.
He is survived by: his wife Yola Fickett; his daughter Julie Fickett; his stepchildren, Jimmy Ray (Trena), Stacey Kelley, Melody Hudson (Monkey) and Rachel Dutton (Chris); his sister Brenda Jacobson; and his grandchildren, Zander, Ethan, Illie, Dalton, Hunter, Kayla, Anna, Brandy and Matt. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and many more friends.
