He is survived by: his significant other Lorie Duncan of Hermitage; his daughters, Cecilia Smith (Josh) of Troutman, Cheyenne Davis (David) and Clarksville; his grandchildren, Addison, Natalie, Myla and Jace; his sisters, Sue McKinney Tabor (Paul) of Ashland City, Dianne Proffitt (Gary) of Chapmansboro, Evelyn Foust (Gary) of Fairview, Charla Kaye Kelley of Franklin, Pam Booth (Paul) of Chattanooga and Cindy Stevens (James) of Springfield; and his stepbrother Robert Williams.
