She is survived by: her husband Dale Spivey; her children, Kenneth Spivey (Amanda), Judy Kennedy (Brian) and Kathy Powers (Andrew); her grandchildren, Carter Spivey, Caroline Spivey, Carson Spivey, Isaiah Spivey, Heather Spivey, Delaney Powers and Jackson Powers; her great grandchild Grayson Spivey; and her siblings, Russell Rippy, Aaron Rippy and Vicky White.
