He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sidney Jones and Marion Katherine Hughes Jones; his wife Brenda Kaye Hulsey Jones; his son Thomas Lee Jones; and his brothers, David Hughes, William Jones and Ronnie Jones.
He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Benton Jones (Kathy), Oscar Scott Jones (Della) and David Keith Jones (Tina); and his sister Martha Glenn (L. C.). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
