She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Dean Sloan, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Howard D. Sloan, Jr. of Ft and Kimberly Henson of Springfield; her siblings, Gene McCutcheon (Dee Dee) of Cowan, TN, Maxine Whitehurst (Byron) of Lebanon and Judy Nelson of Staten Island, NY; and her granddaughter Amanda Dawn Sloan Wells.
