She was predeceased by: her former husband Dr. William R. Goodman; her brother Hugh B. Gill, Jr.; and her parents, Hugh Gill and Lillian Gill. She is survived by: her sons, Bill Goodman (Diane) of Springfield, TN and Tom Goodman (Phyllis) of South Lyon; her sister Hannah Gill Engel; her grandchildren, Claire Goodman Sawyer (Robert), Alex Goodman (Courtney), Corey Goodman McMichael (Jud) and Kyle Goodman; her great grandchildren, Anne Claire Sawyer, Will Goodman, Robert Sawyer, Clayton Goodman, Ruby McMichael, Lillian Goodman and Hazel McMichael; and her husband Dr. W. R. Goodman.

In consideration of the Covid-19 pandemic, graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, January 9, 2021, at 2:00 p. m., at Bellwood Cemetery, Adams, TN.

Memorial contributions may be made to Cedar Hill Baptist Church, Springfield Baptist Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
