He is survived by: his significant other Audrey Blackburn; his daughter Amanda Blackburn; his sisters, Darlene Osborne (Charles) and Kathy Gregory; and his grandchildren, Emily Blackburn, Jennifer Blackburn, Brannon Patton and Jonathon Patton. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
