He is survived by: his siblings, James Ottis Ward (Louise) of Allensville, KY, Mary Gragg of Springfield, Ann Sloan (Jerry) of Springfield and Patsy Sloan of Springfield; and his friend Donnie Hart. He is also survived by 5 nephews; and 4 nieces.
