She was predeceased by: her brothers, Rayburn Keith and Earl Keith. She is survived by: her husband Guthrie Simmons; her children, Ronnie Simmons (Donna) of Springfield, Stanley Simmons (Charlotte) of Orlinda and Barbara Laster (Ford) of Elkton, KY; and her grandchildren, Tim Simmons, Robert Simmons, David Simmons, Jerry Simmons, Brandon Simmons and Kelsey McGee. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
