He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Dale and Barbara Jewel Gainous Keith; and his daughter Kayla Renee Keith. He is survived by: his wife Martha Marie Murphy Keith; his daughter Chasity Nicole Keith (Hank Smith); and his brother Michael Keith. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
