He was predeceased by: his parents, Gill Simmons and Lorraine Mason Simmons; his wife Mary Evelyn Simmons; and his brother-in-law Earl Keith. He is survived by: his sister Margie Simmons Keith of Springfield; his nieces, Sheila Keith Reburn (Wayne) of Murfreesboro and Sandra Keith Crawley (David) of Springfield; his great-nephew Jamie Holloway of Murfreesboro; and his great-nieces, Ashley Hughey, Brittany Smith of Murfreesboro, Alesia Vaughn and Emily Crawley of Springfield. He is also survived by 9 great great nieces and nephews.
