She was predeceased by: her son Scott Lane; and her siblings, Wesley Kuhn and Maralyn Brown (Norris). She is survived by: her children, Sammi Lane Jr. (Bonnie), Washington Court House, Paula Lane and Brandie Donnet (Jeremiah); her stepchildren, Kim Mullins, William Maddox (Billie) and Camy Madox (Damon); her grandchildren, Andrea Lane, Hannah Bush and Brianna Bush; and her brother Robert Shoultz (Nancy).
