He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Emily Phipps Elliott; his children, Phil Elliott of Nashville and Cindy Armes (David) of Greenbrier; his sister Ruth Elliott White of Springfield; his grandchildren, Keri Galbreath (Chris), Chad Armes and Cameron Armes; and his great grandchildren, Logan Galbreath and Maddox Galbreath. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
