He was predeceased by: his father Llewellyn Dodge; and his wife Gail Ann Vitters Dodge. He is survived by: his son Douglas; his daughter-in-law Stacy Dodge; his daughter Debbie; his son-in-law Ken Sutton; and his siblings, David Dodge and Susan Gebers. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
