He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Chamberlain and Bernice Chamberlain; and his siblings, Mert Hammond, Kate Stokes, Mary Fisher, Marty Chamberlain and Allen Chamberlain.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Chamberlain; his children, Tina Duffield (Bob), Donna Cognasso (Mike), Mary Crowell (David) and Jennifer Haley (Danny); his grandchildren, Sean, Zach, Matt, J. T., T. J., Gennifer, Myra, Makenna, Presley and Sydney; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Jaxon and Max; and his siblings, Karen DeClue (Bo), Mike Chamberlain (Kae), Lora Westhoff (Bill), Gary Chamberlain, Karl Chamberlain, Brian Chamberlain, Cheryl Beuth (Mike) and Marvin Chamberlain.
