She is survived by: her mother Josie Johnson Knight of Greenbrier; her husband Robert Leonard Osborne, Jr.; her children, Mitchell Osborne (Avita) of Old Hickory, Tim Osborne (Courtney) of Adams, Michele Hafner (Michael) of Memphis and Sharon James (Jeremy) of Knoxville; and her sisters, Carolyn Goodwin of Greenbrier, Jeannie Long (Eddie) of Springfield and Marlene Henley of Greenbrier. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
