He was predeceased by: his parents, Dottsie Hollingsworth (Dunn) and James "Pete" Hollingsworth; and his son Don Hollingsworth. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Orman Hollingsworth; his siblings, Jimmy Hollingsworth, Ralph Hollingsworth and Christine Dozier (Hollingsworth); his son Ronnie; his daughters-in-law, Cheri Hollingsworth and Glenda Hollingsworth; his grandchildren, Jinnifer Johnston (Ben), Rachel Richardson (Clayton), Suzann Hollingsworth, Corbitt Hollingsworth (Audrey) and Mary Glenn Fatton (Marc); and his great grandchildren, Mallory Johnston, Morgan-Blair Richardson, Avery Johnston, Amelia Richardson, Emmy Cate Hollingsworth, Spencer Fatton and Ellie Hollingsworth.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Austin & Bell Funeral Home (509 N Walnut St, Springfield, TN 37172). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
