She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Woodard; and her daughter Teresa Sloan. She is survived by: her siblings, Harold Richard Tamayo of Springfield, Jody Ellenberg of Ridgetop, Oudia Tamayo of Portland and Shelly Allen of Cottontown.
