Garnet is survived by: husband Bobby R. Woodward; daughters, Angela D. Smith (Jody) and Michelle D. Patterson (Todd); grandchildren, Bethany Rust (Drew), Brittany Bennett (Johnathon), Bailey Long, Brenna Smith, Olivia Sells and Felix Riggs III; and siblings, Jeanette Duncan (Ernest), Edna Harris (Bill), Charlotte Watson, Florine Bivens (Steve) and Clifton Bright. Garnet is also survived by Several great-grandchildren.
