It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Ruth Sutton of Springfield, Tennessee, who passed away on August 30, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Alvin and Vida Kirby Starks; and her siblings, Charles Starks, Gene Starks, Ken Starks and Shirley Reynolds.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Sutton (Evelyn), Shelia Appleby (John) and Tim Sutton (Tena); her grandchildren, Jennifer Appleby, Jason Appleby, Jessica Sutton and Ashley Carter (Todd); her great grandchildren, Jacob Appleby, Ashlyn Sutton and Kacey Appleby; and her sister Catherine Felts. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces; and her beloved fur baby.
