He is survived by: his children, Trey Cheek of Springfield, Cindy Cheek of Springfield and Kristen Cheek of Springfield; his siblings, David Cheek (Darlene) of Clarksville, Joe Cheek of Springfield and Kim Cheek of Springfield; and his nieces and nephews, Katie Cheek (Eric), Hunter Cheek (Payton), Kelsey Cheek, Noah Cheek, Ethan Esmond and Lily Cheek.
