She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Howard of Springfield; her nephew Kendall Rutherford (Mandi); and her sisters, Lisa Karen Rutherford of Union County, Lori Jan Foust (Randy) of Union County, Melanie LeAnn Stanfield (Rick) of Russellville and Maria Antoinette Gaddy of Knoxville. She is also survived by 10 nieces and two additional nephews.
