He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Bellar and Russell Bellar; and his brother Bryan Bellar. He is survived by: his significant other Jane Bellar; his children, David "Rusty" Bellar Jr. and Regina Bellar Ziegler (Kelly Ziegler); his grandson Zack Ziegler (Alyssa Ziegler); his great grandchildren, Nicholas Ziegler, Gia Ziegler and Beautiful; and his granddaughters, Hannah Ziegler and Rebecca Ziegler.
Due to COVID, a very private graveside service will be held for the immediate family only.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity that brings you joy.
