He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Heatherly and Callie Powell Heatherly; and his children, Charles E. Heatherly and Barbara Kinnaird. He is survived by: his wife Marie Fort Heatherly; his daughter Brenda; his children-in-law, Tony Morris, Sr., Dave Kinnaird and Rosie Heatherly; his grandchildren, Stacy McVay, Julie Thompson, David Kinnaird, Jesse Heatherly, Ashley Heatherly, Tony Morris, Jr. and Bryan Lee Morris; and his great grandchildren, Colton Morris, Brittany Brown, Pierce Cottner and Aiden Cottner.
