He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hartzel Earl Currey and Vesta Chloe Cumberledge Myers; his wife Janet Marie Thomas; his daughters, Brenda, Melanie, Bernice and Michelle; his son-in-law Ricky; his grandchildren, David, Sarah and Meghan; his brother Clifford Currey (Bunky); and his nephew Michael Currey. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, Godchildren, cousins and friends.
