He is survived by: his pet Rambo; his wife Sandra Spencer Powell of Spring Hill, TN; his children, Nancy Denise Joyner of Orange Park, FL, Sharon Lynn Tanner (Jerry) of Waycross, GA, Linda Kay Richardson of Waycross, GA and William Derick Wade (Peggy) of Douglas, GA; and his cousin James Wester. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
