She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Franklin Schofield and Opal Mamie Bettis Schofield; her husband Arthur Neff; her son Joe Neff; and her sister Mary Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Neff (Sheri) of Columbia, TN and Connie Leitze (Darrell) of Columbia, TN; her daughter-in-law Trudy Neff; her brothers, Russell Schofield, Johnny Schofield and Charles Schofield (Julie); her sister-in-law Patsy Tillery; and her grandchildren, Joe Neff, Joshua Neff (Abby), Jennifer Neff Hall (Wes), Kate Neff (Carl), Travis Garner (Amanda), Jayna Leitze and Keisha Forsythe (Christipher). She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
