She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bennie Shefield Simmons and James Melton Simmons; her uncle Jim "Whiskey" Simmons; her sisters, Bettie, Josie and Mary Frances; her husband Richard Beals; her children, Scott and Julie; and her grandchildren, Keenan Alexander Beals and Renae Nicole Humphrey. She was also cherished by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
