He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Bailey and Nina Bailey; and his brother James Harold Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Betty Crowe Bailey; his children, Michael Bailey (Barbara), Gary Bailey (Gwen), Glenn Bailey (Vinissa), Melissa Edwards and Glenda Olive (Jerry); his siblings, Marvin Bailey (Sharon), Joe Frank Bailey, Janice Moser (Danny), Linda Bland and Debbie Tomlin; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Chad, Austin, Anna, Rebecca, Rachel, Kevin, Chris, Dustin, Cassandra and Kristin. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
