He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Lee and Martha Ann Hull Lee; his wife Diane Craig; and his siblings, David Lee, Patricia Arnlund and Margaret Lee.
He is survived by: his children, Amanda Holder (Tim) of Ethridge, TN and Andrew Craig of Los Angeles, CA; his siblings, Thomas Lee of Texas, Judith Young (Steven) of Indiana and Barbara Cook of Indiana; and his grandson Isaiah Holder. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
