He was predeceased by: his parents, James Isaac Howell and Betty Ann Linville Howell. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his children, Randy Howell, II (Lyndsey) of Chapel Hill, Adam Howell of Dickson and Leslie Nicole Milner (Rob) of Mt. Juliet; his sister Letha Ann King (Glenn) of Lawrenceburg; his grandchildren, Rheagan Tabor of Randy Howell, III, Ben Howell, Cheali Howell, Hunter Howell, Will Milner, Avery Milner, Aidan Bonnet and Samantha Bonnet; his brothers-in-law, Phillip Ellis (Sandra) and Danny Ellis (Shelia); and also Rick Elsey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
