We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2022, at the age of 81, Patricia K. Kitchen of Spring Hill, Tennessee, born in Springfield, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Bell and Maxine Bell (Frock); her daughter Julie Wernert (Scott); her grandson Colton; her brother Jack; her sister-in-law Beckie Baker; and her husband James. She was also cherished by three nieces and one nephew.

Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
