She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert Blalock and Willie Myrtle Childress Blalock; her husband Herbert Brown; her sons, Herbert Dale Brown and Phillip Brown; her sibling Regenia Gilliam; her siblings-in-law, John David Gilliam, James "Buck" Goldman and Jean Blalock; her brothers, Wayne Blalock and Travis; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Blalock and Marlene Blalock.
She is survived by: her daughter Penny Gish (Larry) of Spring Hill; her daughter-in-law Marian Brown of Spring Hill; her siblings, Bill Blalock (Carol) of Gallatin, Danny Blalock of Chapel Hill and Barbara Blalock Haynes of Spring Hill; her sister-in-law Shirley Blalock; her grandchildren, Amanda Gish King (Wayne) and Lee Gish; her great grandchild Basil King; and her nephews, Bobby Gilliam, John Gilliam, Earl Goldman, Kevin Blalock, Freddy Blalock, Rick Blalock, Jimmy Blalock, Jerry Blalock and Mark Blalock.
