She was predeceased by: her parents, James Velda and Sylvia Fanta Matthews; and her sister Virginia Matthews. She is survived by: her husband John Brean; her children, Tom Brean and Karen Nicholl; her sisters, Bonnie Roche and Nancy Ruud; and her grandson Nicholas Miller.
