She was predeceased by: her father David McKinney; her husband Troy Dean Middleton; and her sons, Glen "Pig" Middleton and Jackie Ray "Shep" Middleton. She is survived by: her children, Troy Dale "Honk" Middleton, Phillip "Follie" Middleton (Geraldine), Robert Anthony "Bear" Middleton, Reba Middleton and Brenda Middleton; her granddaughters, Emily Gunnell (Jason) and Megan Middleton Smith; and her great grandchildren, Kate Lynn Rocha, Collin Gunnell and Shawna Ray Smith.
