He was predeceased by: his grandmother Tikara Black. He is survived by: his parents, Manuel Campos and Jaedyn Ward; his grandmother Norma Preciado; his great-grandparents, Darlenne Bean and Felix Irizarry; his aunts and uncles, Melissa Preciado, Marisol Vazquez, Karla Campos, Tristan and Issaih Ward; and his godmother Payton Gore.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Maury County Animal Shelter in Mathaelio's honor.
