He is survived by: his wife Anita Sue Hines Hooter of Spring Hill; his son Ricky Dale Hooter (Shawna) of Spring Hill; his sister Melody Delynn Steers (Kevin) of Spring Hill; his brothers-in-law, Bill Hines (Rosie), Ron Hines (Cletar) and Byron Hines (Sharon); his grandchildren, Ashley Bishop (Shawn), Christian Hooter, Jordan Hooter and Liam Hooter; his great grandchild Ryman Magnolia Bishop; his niece Torri Stell (A. G.); his nephew Parker Steers; and his great-nephews, Fletcher Stell, Foster Stell and Fisher Stell. He is also survived by many other nephews and nieces.

The family requests memorial donations be made to Deer Run Retreat, 3845 Perkins Road, Thompsons Station, TN 37179.
