Moyse; his children, Joseph Jr., Steven and Jennifer Martin; his son-in-law Kevin; his grandson Trevor James (T. J.); his father-in-law Laurence Moyse (Carole); his sisters-in-law, Kathy Maffei and Janet Moyse; his mother-in-law Martha; his brothers-in-law, Larry, Robert and Rick; and his nephew Michael.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
