“Joel was my distant cousin on the Williams side and we grew up in church together, played music many times in church together, laughed and had some wonderful times together when he was home and not in the service. He will truly be missed. He was loved by every life he touched and he loved everyone too. He is now with JB and Lorene and Jerry and Millie in heaven and we will see him again soon. Prayers to Jerry and Millie's children as you were left to care for him. God bless you all.”
