He is survived by: his wife Tamara Duggan; his children, Stephen Duggan (Candee), Oxsana Picering (Nigel) and Julia Ysepov (Maksim); and his grandchildren, Hill, Caleb, Sam Duggan, Rostislav Tyagun and David Ysepov.
