He was predeceased by: his brothers, Lawrence Hill Parks, Charles Kenneth Parks and James Leslie Parks. He is survived by: his spouse LaBetha; his daughters, Kathy Pewitt (John) of Thompson's Station and Pebby McClain (Eddie) of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Brant Pewitt (Anne), Bethany Pewitt Tucker, Allison McClain Merrill (Jack) and Katelyn McClain; his great grandchild Logan Tucker; and his sister Amelia Dean of Columbia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
