He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur E. Maginnis and Marguerite Sullivan Maginnis; and his brother Arthur Maginnis. He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Maginnis of Spring Hill; his children, Dawn Rochelle Hunter of Spring Hill and Michael Van Hunter of Woodstock, VA; his granddaughters, Kelsey Giles (Andrew) of Lewisburg and Kaitlyn Hunter; and his great grandchildren, Leland and Jaylon. He is also survived by his family and friends.
