It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Walden of Spring Hill, Tennessee, born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on February 22, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Robert Young; her husband Oliver Walden; her son Ronald Walden of Lebanon, Tennessee; and her sisters, Marjorie Hawkins of Orlando, FL and Doris Lowry of South Carolina.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Salazar (Paul) of Spring Hill, Tennessee; her daughter-in-law Ann Walden; her brother Robert Young of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; her grandson John Walden; her great grandchildren, Parker and Karli; her grandson David Walden (Mandi); her great grandchildren, Isabell, Sam and Luke; her granddaughter Rachel East (Nathan); and her great grandchildren, Drew, Jack and Hudson.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Alzheimer's Association or the charity of your choice.
