She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy Trusty and Irene Trusty; her husband Robert Kelly Baze; her siblings, Tommy R Trusty and Mildred Combs; and her daughter-in-law Norma Baze.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Lloyd Baze and Pamela Jean Lee (Richard Vaden Lee). She is also survived by six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
