She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton H. Foster, Sr. and Lola Young Foster Moore; her husband Carlton DeVaughn Swafford; her son James Fredrick Swafford; her siblings, Joe Foster, Milton Foster, Jr. and Dorothy Foster Adcock; and her half-brother William Richard Foster.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Swafford (Terri) of Lebanon, TN and Carla Swafford Singleton (Darren) of Spring Hill, TN. She is also survived by 5 granddaughters, 5 grandsons, 3 step-grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandson and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
